    Privacy Policy

    Effective Date: May 17, 2026

ELEVY Aesthetics (“ELEVY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online platform that helps users discover aesthetic clinics, clinic locations, services, offers, reviews, and related features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you may have.

ELEVY is currently operated as a U.S.-based online platform. ELEVY is not currently presented as a formal legal entity in this Privacy Policy. For privacy, support, listing, or content questions, contact us at contact@elevyaesthetics.com.

ELEVY is intended for users in the United States. Glow-Up is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.

    1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of ELEVY, and information from service providers, public sources, clinics, brands, or platform tools.

    Account Information

We may collect account information such as your email address, authentication information handled by Supabase Auth, display name, avatar, user ID, account role, account creation date, and account update date.

    Contact Information

We may collect contact information such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, best time to contact you, feedback email, and information related to invitations sent to clinic, brand, or platform team members.

    Location Information

If you choose to set a location, we may collect a street address, free-text address, latitude, longitude, city, state, ZIP code, or other location-related information. ELEVY does not currently use the browser geolocation API. User-entered address information may be sent to Google Geocoding, and saved location coordinates may be used with Mapbox to render maps and support location-based features.

    Marketplace Activity

We may collect information about your activity on ELEVY, including viewed clinics, viewed brands, viewed services, viewed offers, saved listings, favorite clinics, favorite brands, favorite offers, favorite services, Book Now clicks, voucher claims, voucher status, redemption status, refund status, expiration events, and related timestamps.

    Reviews and Public Content

If you submit a review, we may collect and display your display name, avatar, rating, review title, review body, before-and-after photos, service experiences, procedure or service names, price text, recovery-time text, clinic response information, moderation information, and related metadata.

Reviews may be public. Do not submit review content, images, or before-and-after photos unless you have the right to share them.

    Glow-Up and Photo Information

If you use Glow-Up, we may collect the selfie or face image you submit, your submitted age, AI-generated analysis, AI-generated image output, treatment-related suggestions, reviewer narrative, facial-region data, facial landmark or coordinate data, ratings, and saved before-and-after images.

Unsaved Glow-Up results are returned to your browser and are not stored by ELEVY unless you choose to save them. If you save a Glow-Up result, ELEVY stores the before image, after image, AI analysis, treatment-related suggestions, reviewer narrative, ratings, and facial-region data.

    Health, Aesthetic, and Treatment-Interest Information

Some ELEVY features may involve information that reveals or suggests aesthetic concerns, desired treatments, procedure interests, recovery details, price information, treatment suggestions, review content, saved services, saved offers, voucher activity, before-and-after photos, and Glow-Up outputs. This information may be sensitive.

    Voucher, Wallet, and Redemption Information

We may collect voucher and wallet-related information, including voucher claims, voucher status, redemption status, refund status, expiration events, wallet-history events, credit-related records, redemption notes, and clinic-payout information.

ELEVY does not currently process payments through the live platform. Users pay clinics directly unless otherwise stated. ELEVY does not currently store full payment card numbers, payment card security codes, billing addresses, or Stripe customer IDs.

    Feedback, Support, and Issue Reports

If you send feedback or report an issue, we may collect your email address, feedback content, screenshots, browser or device user-agent information, and related timestamps.

Clinic, Brand, Provider, and Listing Information

ELEVY may collect and display clinic names, clinic locations, addresses, contact information, booking URLs, website URLs, hours, descriptions, services, offers, provider names, provider credentials, provider roles, provider bios, specialties, photos, brand names, brand logos, Google Places information, and related public or clinic-submitted information.

Clinic information may come from clinic submissions, public sources, Google Places, ELEVY’s listing tools, or ELEVY’s internal ingestion pipeline. Listing details may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

ELEVY uses essential Supabase authentication cookies. ELEVY may also use localStorage or sessionStorage for non-sensitive interface preferences such as search radius, panel width, scroll position, and developer dashboard preferences.

ELEVY does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or third-party analytics SDKs such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Plausible, Sentry, LogRocket, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.

    Logs and Technical Information

ELEVY and its service providers may process server logs, function logs, URLs, authentication identifiers, invite email outcomes, web-vitals performance metrics, user-agent information, timestamps, and similar technical information. Supabase Auth may process IP address information as part of its authentication infrastructure.

    2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve ELEVY.

    We may use information to:

    • Create and manage accounts.
    • Authenticate users.
    • Display clinics, brands, services, offers, reviews, maps, and related marketplace content.
    • Allow users to save listings and favorite clinics, brands, offers, or services.
    • Support voucher claims, voucher redemptions, refunds, expiration records, wallet records, and clinic-facing voucher workflows.
    • Operate Glow-Up and generate AI-assisted aesthetic visualizations, analyses, ratings, and suggestions.
    • Enforce Glow-Up age requirements and generation limits.
    • Display public reviews and clinic responses.
    • Operate clinic, brand, and platform dashboards.
    • Send transactional invitation emails.
    • Respond to feedback, support requests, listing concerns, content concerns, and copyright-related requests.
    • Improve platform performance and reliability.
    • Maintain security, prevent abuse, detect misuse, and protect the integrity of the platform.
    • Comply with legal obligations and enforce ELEVY’s terms and policies.

Glow-Up outputs are informational and exploratory. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or a guarantee of treatment results.

    3. How We Disclose Information

We disclose information to service providers, clinics, the public, and others as described below.

    Service Providers

We use service providers to operate ELEVY. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their terms and applicable law.

Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, edge functions, and related infrastructure. Supabase may process account information, profile information, stored content, photos, vouchers, reviews, favorites, location data, Glow-Up records, and other platform data.

Vercel hosts the application and may process HTTP requests, function logs, URLs, performance information, and related technical information.

Resend is used for transactional invitation emails and may receive recipient email addresses, inviter display names, clinic names, roles, invitation tokens, email subjects, and email body content.

Google Gemini is used for Glow-Up AI analysis and image generation. When you use Glow-Up, your submitted face image and related prompt information are sent to Google Gemini for processing.

Google Geocoding is used to process user-entered addresses and convert them into coordinates.

Google Places is used to support clinic listing data, place IDs, photo references, ratings, review counts, and related clinic-location information.

Mapbox is used to render maps and may receive map viewport information and location coordinates.

Firecrawl, Anthropic, and Perplexity may be used for ELEVY’s internal ingestion pipeline to crawl, structure, and enrich public clinic website information. These tools are used for public clinic and listing information, not ordinary user account data.

    Clinics and Clinic Accounts

We may disclose information to clinics when you choose to interact with a clinic through ELEVY.

If you use Book Now, ELEVY opens your email client with a draft message to the clinic. ELEVY does not currently store or send the message body. The clinic receives only what you choose to send from your own email account.

If you claim or redeem a voucher, clinic accounts may see voucher-related information such as voucher ID, user ID, offer ID, clinic ID, voucher status, redemption status, and related timestamps. Clinics do not currently receive your full ELEVY profile, email address, or full purchase history through voucher records unless ELEVY separately states otherwise.

If you submit a review, the clinic and the public may see the review content and associated public profile information.

    Public Disclosures

Some information is public by design. Public information may include clinic listings, brand listings, provider information, service pages, offer pages, clinic locations, Google Places information, public reviews, review photos, review text, service-experience information, price text, recovery text, reviewer display name, reviewer avatar, and clinic responses.

    Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, government request, or similar process.

We may also disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of ELEVY, users, clinics, service providers, or others.

    Business Transfers

If ELEVY is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

No Sale or Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

ELEVY does not currently sell personal information for money.

ELEVY does not currently use third-party advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

    4. Glow-Up, AI, and Face Images

Glow-Up allows users to submit a selfie or face image for AI-assisted aesthetic visualization and analysis. Glow-Up is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.

When you use Glow-Up, your submitted image is sent to Google Gemini for AI analysis and image generation. ELEVY also uses browser-based MediaPipe functionality for facial landmark detection. For the MediaPipe step, the image is processed in your browser.

ELEVY does not store unsaved Glow-Up generations in its database or storage buckets. If you choose to save a Glow-Up result, ELEVY stores the before image, after image, AI analysis, treatment-related suggestions, reviewer narrative, ratings, and facial-region or landmark-coordinate data.

Saved Glow-Up images are stored in a private storage bucket with owner-folder access controls and signed URLs. Saved Glow-Up results remain stored until you delete them or request deletion, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention needs.

ELEVY does not use your photos to train ELEVY-owned AI models. ELEVY has not verified that a no-training or no-retention configuration is enabled for Google Gemini. Google’s applicable API terms, settings, and data practices may govern Google’s handling of submitted images.

Glow-Up is informational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or a promise that any procedure will produce a specific result. You should consult a licensed medical professional before making treatment decisions.

    5. Reviews and Public Content

Reviews are public unless ELEVY states otherwise at the point of submission.

If you submit a review, the review may display your display name, avatar, rating, title, body, before-and-after photos, service-experience information, procedure names, price text, recovery-time text, and clinic responses.

Reviews are not currently verified against voucher claims, completed appointments, payments, or clinic visits unless ELEVY specifically labels a review as verified.

ELEVY may moderate, hide, remove, or retain reviews according to its content rules, legal obligations, and platform-integrity needs. Hidden reviews may remain stored internally.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share. This includes copyrighted photos, before-and-after images, screenshots, clinic materials, or other content owned by another person or business.

    6. Clinic Listings, Public Sources, and Copyright-Sensitive Content

ELEVY may display clinic, brand, provider, service, offer, location, image, and description information from clinic submissions, admin entries, Google Places, public clinic websites, or other public sources.

Listing details may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. ELEVY does not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, endorsed by the clinic, or verified.

Clinic owners or authorized representatives may contact ELEVY to claim, correct, update, or request review of a listing.

Content, copyright, or listing concerns may be sent to contact@elevyaesthetics.com.

    7. Payments, Vouchers, and Transactions

ELEVY does not currently process payments through the live platform. Users pay clinics directly unless otherwise stated.

ELEVY may store voucher and wallet-related information, including voucher claims, redemption status, refund status, expiration events, wallet-history events, credit-related records, redemption notes, and clinic-payout records.

Stripe-related fields may exist in ELEVY’s system, but Stripe is not currently active in the live payment flow. ELEVY does not currently store full payment card numbers, payment card security codes, billing addresses, or Stripe customer IDs.

If ELEVY later enables Stripe, subscriptions, platform payments, paid memberships, or other payment-processing features, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed.

    8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate ELEVY, provide services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business needs.

Some categories have specific technical behavior:

    • Book Now click records may be limited by database controls.
    • Invitations may expire after a set period.
    • Saved listings may be subject to account-level limits.
    • Voucher, wallet, credit, redemption, payout, ingestion, and certain analytics records may be retained as long-term or append-only records.
    • Reviews may be hidden from public display without permanently deleting the underlying record.
    • Saved Glow-Up records can be deleted by the user, but account deletion does not currently guarantee automatic cleanup of all related storage files.

Storage files may not automatically cascade when database records are deleted. This means deleted accounts or deleted records may leave orphaned files unless separately removed.

Server logs are retained according to Vercel, Supabase, and other infrastructure-provider defaults unless otherwise configured.

    9. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting contact@elevyaesthetics.com.

Some profile information may be editable directly in your account. Saved Glow-Up results can be deleted through the product. Other requests may require manual handling.

Account deletion is not currently available through a self-service UI. If you request account deletion, ELEVY will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify account information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, operational, and technical retention needs.

Some information may be retained after a deletion request, including append-only ledgers, voucher history, soft-hidden reviews, security logs, infrastructure logs, content already copied or cached by others, and records required for legal or operational reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. ELEVY does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Some states have laws that apply to consumer health data. ELEVY features may involve face images, aesthetic-treatment interests, procedure-related review content, location information, or other information that could be considered consumer health data under certain laws. If ELEVY determines that a separate consumer health data privacy notice is required, ELEVY will provide one.

    10. Washington Consumer Health Data Notice

ELEVY is not currently intended to specifically target Washington residents. However, because ELEVY may involve aesthetic-treatment interests, face images, location information, before-and-after photos, and AI-generated treatment-related suggestions, some information processed by ELEVY could be considered consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act or similar laws.

If you are a Washington resident and have questions or requests about consumer health data, contact contact@elevyaesthetics.com.

ELEVY may update this Privacy Policy or publish a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy before intentionally supporting Washington users or expanding features that process consumer health data.

    11. Children

ELEVY is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Glow-Up is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. By using Glow-Up, you confirm that you are at least 18.

    12. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. These may include Supabase authentication, database row-level security, server-side role checks, access controls, private storage for saved Glow-Up images, and signed URLs for certain private images.

No system is perfectly secure. ELEVY cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

    13. Breach Notifications

If ELEVY determines that a data breach requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.

Some laws, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, may apply to certain businesses that handle unsecured identifiable health information outside of traditional HIPAA-covered settings.

    14. International Data Processing

ELEVY is intended for users in the United States, but our service providers may process information using infrastructure located in different states or countries. By using ELEVY, you understand that information may be processed by our service providers where they operate.

    15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of ELEVY after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
